Process

Raw material selection, cleaning, washing and disinfection, natural drying (moisture 15ºC - 60%), dehydrated (60ºC - 3 hours), milling, sieving and packing.

Properties

Antidiabetic.

Antiacid.

Antioxidant, up to 7 times more than Vitamin C.

Reduce blood glucose levels (hypoglucemiant).

Uses

For diabetic persons or suffering obesity problems. As an antioxidant, it is also used as a preventive of any disease.

Storage

Keep sealed bags and packs in a fresh and dry place. Avoid direct sunlight or heat sources.
